Dr Gopal Verma (Principal Investigator)
PhD
Emails: gopal@gprl.org.in gverma05@gmail.com
Dr. Verma received his Ph.D. in 2017 from IISER Mohali, India. He did Post-Doctoral research in the CNRS Laboratory, University of Bordeaux, France.
My research focuses on Opto-fluidics and Optics, with a particular emphasis on understanding the interaction between light momentum (AbrahamMinkowski controversy) and dielectric media at the
nanoscale. I am actively involved in developing precise interferometric optical techniques to study the
thermophysical properties of complex nanofluids, biofluids, and the mechanical properties of solids.
